Koosi started when two dyed-in-the-wool real estate experts, tired of the outdated aesthetics, business model, and attitude of their market, contacted our studio in search of a fresh real estate concept. Inspired by the characteristics of every good home, we aimed for strong visual identity, personality, and an online platform that encourages interaction and reflects the comfort we are all looking for.

Koosi breaks away from sharklike competitors with a transparent real estate experience, creating a moment of beauty and quiet for people during the usually stressful house hunt. Potential clients discover homes in a peaceful online environment and get in touch with owners when they want to. Home owners in turn, choose the level of professional help they want in presenting their property.
Illustrated step-by-step processes, atmospheric photography, and down-to-earth descriptions give both owners and those looking for a new home a clear, honest look at their options and a chance to reach their own expectations, whether those include buying, renting, selling or just dreaming away online.
